How It Started, Where We’re Going.
Baseline Restorations Ltd. is a conservation-focused restoration effort rooted in hard work and respect for the land. Using discarded furniture and salvaged materials, we rebuild what still has life left in it—crafting durable pieces with low or no-VOC finishes and repurposing what can’t be restored into wildlife homes like bat boxes, insect hotels, and pollinator sanctuaries.
What started small has grown from simple, hands-on work. With nothing more than a few five-gallon buckets, a set of tongs, a magnetic sweeper, and some worn mop handles, I outfitted my SUV and cleared 15 gallons of trash—about twenty pounds—from a local fishing pond I’d been visiting for weeks. That cleanup was proof: one person, a few tools, and a few hours can make a visible difference.
Now, the goal is to go further. We’re preparing to officially adopt that same pond, develop custom tools for fishing-line recovery, and expand our reach into community cleanups, habitat building, and restoration-based agriculture. Every bit of support—financial or physical—pushes this work forward faster and further than one set of hands could alone.
If this mission speaks to you, there’s room here for you. You can sign up for project updates, lend your hands in the field, or contribute toward the tools and materials that keep the work moving. However you choose to help, you’re joining something built on faith, effort, and care for the land we share.
